In a world where most play by the rules, I’ve been dancing to my own tune. From growing up as an only child to finding my soulmate and navigating the parenting adventure with six incredible kids. My journey is a mix of family, love, and dream building.
Since the get-go, I’ve been on this joyful hunt for the blueprints of our tucked-away potential, and that secret power of creativity. You know, the one God whipped up when He was cooking up the recipe for us… when He created us in his image and likeness.
Don’t you want to look back at your life and say Yes! I finished my race, I lived my dream, I reached the highest level of my creative potential.
For as long as I can remember I’ve had a buffet of passions: choreography, writing, singing, psychology, theatre arts, entrepreneurship, creativity, martial arts, video production, and spirituality.
Think of it as orchestrating a fabulous dinner party with a lineup of vibrant guests, if you catch my drift.
I’ll be the first to admit that fitting in was never my strong suit. I quickly realized that I was a square peg attempting to squeeze into a round hole, and it was time to embrace my uniqueness.
From Square Peg to Unapologetic Leader
After several attempts at corporate jobs and various business ventures, I quickly realized that the shoe didn’t fit – and I don’t mean Cinderella’s glass slipper. It felt like I was trying to samba in shoes two sizes too small. Ouch.
I was definitely a square peg trying to fit in a round hole.
The “Eureka!” moment finally struck! It was like finding the last piece of the puzzle, realizing that my unique blend of talents and skills was less of a quirk and more of a winning hand.
Trying to fit in was not going to work for me forever. This became crystal clear when I started to get very bored with my work. I felt like a robot – or even worse, a clone… in a rat race.
Yet, behind that 9-to-5 facade, I was slowly stirring the pot for something even bigger. I was also running a full-fledged Christian ministry behind the scenes. I led a dynamic team of 22 individuals.
My weekends resembled blockbuster shows, commanding crowds of up to 1000 attendees at my events. I hosted life-changing retreats, creating impacts that had ripples reaching farther than I could imagine.
This was my true calling, not the 9-to-5 grind.
Back then, I hadn’t yet discovered that I could take my God-given talents, blazing passion, and honed expertise and fuse them into a captivating blend.
My day job was completely out of alignment with what I yearned for and what I was achieving outside of work. It was like having a treasure chest full of gold but not knowing where to invest it.
I was living a double life – a larger, more impactful role outside of work that truly fit me.
I wanted more.
And then the Shofer blew…
The final wake-up call echoed like a resounding shofar when my boss denied my request for time off to tend to my ailing baby at home—talk about a “career czar” on a power trip!
Right then, I vowed to never have to ask for permission to live my life ever again.
This was the inspiration I needed to find a way to earn a living while still owning my life and possessing the control to live my life as I saw fit.
This is why I teach others how to experience the same breakthrough at my live events and in my programs.
I took a leap of faith
I gave up the security of the 9-5, and followed my dream of becoming an entrepreneur. I started to build my coaching business from the ground up.
Even though it was years in the future, this decision was the first step towards learning for myself the sweet smell of success.
The learning curve was steep
At the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur and coach, things were really slow.
I was struggling to consistently get clients, and like that wasn’t bad enough, because of my family’s peculiar lifestyle, we had to relocate a few times… Canada, South Africa, Dubai.
I had a real problem figuring out how to continue to serve my clients from a different country every time.
I made one last effort to make things work by taking my products and services online, so I can work from anywhere. I also had to get really clear on my dream, grow my business with a proven road map, develop my leadership skills and grow a formidable team.
And it worked.
There are two most important days in your life – the day you were born and the day you find out why.
I started getting more clients from all over the the world. Plus I could now reconnect and continue to offer my services to my existing clients who wanted to continue to work with me but could not, due to my constant relocating.
Learning to properly leverage online marketing, building a team and becoming a confident leader was a game changer for my business, and I have come to believe the same is true for almost any business.
This why I now help other high achievers get the same results through my programs and live events.
You Were Made For More
I learned that for me, life is truly meaningful when you find your sweet spot and take the lead in your own life as you also develop relationship and leadership skills necessary to succeed. It was one of my first lessons on my quest to live my life by design.
I help coaches and consultants scale their reach through ultra high-end brand strategies and leveraged business models.
I have reached thousands of modern entrepreneurs, top level executives and established leaders around the world with my work.
My proudest success is in leading high achievers from diverse backgrounds and providing them with resources to help them build their dreams and become modern day entrepreneurs who think and show up as successful CEOs in their business.
